Made in Montana show coming up

A yearly trade show promoting Made in Montana products is held in March.

This year’s show with more than 100 participants is set for March 21-22 in Helena.

The three programs — Made in Montana, Native American Made in Montana, and Grown in Montana — have more than 1,500 participants.

Participants can use color Made in Montana logos, including the online version, and share in state promotional efforts.

Rules require that products are “grown, created, or substantially transformed within the state of Montana.”

The Montana Commerce Department, which runs the programs, does not certify products. Compliance is voluntary.

Montana Department of Agriculture is a major sponsor.
