Chris Blackwell of O2 Architects at 208 N. Broadway has completed testing to become a Montana licensed architect. Blackwell is a 2006 graduate of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, La., and has been with O2 Architects since 2011. He may be reached at 259-7123.
