Neil Kiner, a licensed landscape architect with more than a decade of experience in designing and managing large, complex projects, has joined the firm of Peaks to Plains Design PC. Kiner has a strong technical background and extensive experience designing and managing projects in health care, education, commercial, irrigation and cemetery planning. A graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in environmental design, he is also an accredited LEED professional. Kiner is currently serving on the Community Development Board and the American Society of Landscape Architects Board and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
