Dave Simonsen, chief executive officer for the Kaycee-Buffalo-Johnson County Economic Development Joint Powers Board, was elected to the board of the Wyoming Economic Development Association by its membership. Prior to that he was the Business Ready Communities and Community Facilities program manager of the Wyoming Business Council. Dave joined the Business Council team in the summer of 2011 and has played a key role in recent Business Council economic development successes, including Wyoming’s Cody Labs expansion and Microsoft Data Center projects. Past President James Klessens of Forward Cody will rejoin the ranks of the WEDA board of directors
