Kathy Kelker was  appointed to the Board of Directors at St. John’s Lutheran Ministries. Kelker retired from Billings Head Start as the executive director and is an active member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. St. John’s Lutheran Ministries elected the following officers to the Executive Committee: Jim Ochiltree, president; Eric Nord, vice chairperson; Jyl Story, secretary, and Clair Opsal, treasurer. The St. John’s Foundation Board of Directors also elected the following slate of officers to the Executive Committee at the annual meeting: Stan Hill, president; Claudia Baker, vice president; Paige Spalding, secretary, and Troy Nearpass, treasurer.
