Marilyn Tapia, director of Environmental Health Services at RiverStone Health, was appointed to the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services Food Safety Advisory Council. The council reviews proposed statute and rule revisions for retail food establishments, ensuring that changes conform to evidence-based information and to the Food and Drug Administration’s Food Code.
