Montana State University Billings (MSUB) will commemorate the life of Martin Luther King Jr. with a bell ringing ceremony on Monday, Jan. 15, 2018 at 9:50 a.m. in the Peaks to Plains Park on campus. 

Directly following the Bell Ringing Ceremony, a program honoring Martin Luther King Jr. will take place in the Student Union Building Atrium. The program will include a welcome by Associated Students of MSUB President Katelyn Focht, a presentation by community activist Eran Thompson, and a musical performance by MSUB student Kieran Beebe.

This event is free and open to the public. To access the bell and student union use the north Rimrock Road entrance. The bell is to the west of Petro Theater.

This event is held in conjunction with Power of One week, Jan. 15 through Jan. 20. A schedule of events is below and full details for Power of One activities can be found at http://www.msubillings.edu/mlk/.
