5:30 p.m. Friday, August 8, at the Stillwater Stage.
Billings, Montana-based power trio, Dirty Power, is the collaborative effort of three seasoned Montana musicians -- guitarist Sheamus Conley of Six Strings Down, bassist A.J. Miller of The Clintons, and drummer Clay Green of Soul Brat -- who come together in their insatiable desires to play loud, fast, and ferociously.
Since their inception in September of 2013, Dirty Power has been making waves in the Magic City music scene with their unique blend of Stevie Ray Vaughn's Texas blues; the elaborate jams of Gov't Mule; and the unforgiving triple threat of Rush. In 2013, the trio was nominated for Best Blues Act at the Magic City Music Awards ceremony. Each member was nominated for the best musician on their respective instruments, with Green taking home the award for Best Percussionist.
When not performing, you can find Conley and Miller exchanging predictions for Star Wars: Episode VII while Green plays air drums to Rush's "YYZ."
