Celebrating 60 seasons

There’s something about shared experiences, and Opening Night for the Mustangs always draws a crowd. There has been none bigger (yet) than the 2012 opener, when 4,861 fans packed Dehler Park to see the Mustangs play the Missoula Osprey on June 18.

It was a special occasion, too. The Mustangs were celebrating their 60th season as a minor-league baseball franchise and were debuting vintage 1948 replica uniforms. The black-and-orange unis were slick, even if the Mustangs’ play wasn’t in a 13-3 loss to the Osprey.
