Presented by MSU Billings’ Drama Committee, the play “Holka Polka” is scheduled for April 9-11 with matinee times each day from 1 to 2 p.m., and an evening show Friday from 6 to 7 p.m, in Petro Theater.

The shows are free and open to the public. However, organizers are accepting canned food donations, which will benefit the food pantries in the high schools.

The cast includes three MSUB alumni, five MSUB students and six homeschooled elementary and junior high students.

The story of “Holka Polka” is a somewhat fractured compilation of a number of well-known folk tales, nursery rhymes and characters, where witches, wizards and royalty come together to solve a mystery: Who cast a sleeping spell on the prince?
