FISHTAIL — Tippet Rise Art Center will showcase performances from Glyndebourne, one of the world’s most celebrated opera houses, and from London’s renowned National Theatre.

Glyndebourne will feature its 2014 staging of Verdi’s "La Traviata" on Friday, Oct. 20; the 2010 production of Mozart’s "Don Giovanni" on Saturday, Oct. 21; and the 2008 staging of Humperdink’s "Hänsel und Gretel" on Friday, Nov. 3.

Performances from the National Theatre Live include William Shakespeare’s "Twelfth Night" on Saturday, Oct. 28; and Tom Stoppard’s "Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead" on Saturday, Nov. 4.

Showtime for all events is 5:30 p.m. in the Olivier Music Barn. Tickets are available for purchase online at www.tippetrise.org. Tickets are $10 for adults and free for children 18 and under.

Additionally, Montana Shakespeare in the Schools brings its production of "Twelfth Night" to Tippet Rise on Friday, Oct. 27, at 5:30 p.m. Exploring love, mistaken identities, and joyful discovery, Shakespeare’s bittersweet comedy is directed by Marti Lyons, named in 2016 by the editors of American Theatre as one of “Six Theatre Workers You Should Know.”

A light meal will be available to purchase before the performance. Shakespeare in the Schools performs for audiences of all ages around the region and is a project of Montana’s Shakespeare in the Parks theater company. Tickets are $10 for adults and free for children 18 and under. They are available at www.tippetrise.org

Set on a 10,260-acre working sheep and cattle ranch against the backdrop of the Beartooth Mountains, Tippet Rise Art Center hosts classical chamber music and recitals and exhibits large-scale, outdoor sculptures.
