Youth Conservatory classes start soon

NOVA Center for the Performing Arts offers Youth Conservatory classes for children in kindergarten through 12th grade. Fall semester begins Tuesday, Sept. 9, and culminates with a showcase performance on Saturday, Dec. 20. Classes include ROCK Choir, Creative Dramatics, Dramatic Introduction, Intermediate Actors, Advanced Players and Stage Combat.

Tuition is $160 per semester or $45 per month. The theater offers a multiple-class discount and a limited amount of need-based financial assistance. Applications for assistance are available at NOVA’s box office, 2317 Montana Ave., and on the theater’s website, novabillings.org. The deadline for applying for assistance is Monday, Sept. 1.

Classes have a 15-student maximum and fill up quickly. For more information, call the box office at 591-9535 or email Dan Nickerson, youth director, at dan@novabillings.org.
