Roundup community library book sale this weekend

The Annual Used Book Sale of the Friends of Roundup Community Library will be Friday and Saturday, June 20-21, at the Masonic Hall, 405 Main Street, Roundup.

Items donated to the sale include fiction, nonfiction, children’s, reference, classics, videos, CDs, DVDs, book sets and more. On Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., shoppers can purchase these items individually or in sets for reasonably low prices. Also on Friday, the Goulding Creek 4-H group will be offering a lunch of burgers, brats, salad, dessert and a beverage from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The bag sale is the bonus on Saturday. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., shoppers can fill a bag or sack with books and pay a flat rate for the whole bag or sack.

The Friends of Roundup Community Library has designated that part of the money earned from this sale will go to the Roundup Community Library fund for its microfilm reader/printer project.
