Norweigian goodies, storytelling and cultural stations will mark the Syttende Mai celebration Saturday, May 17, at the Billings Public Library.
The Sons of Norway Jotunheimen Lodge No. 499 will spearhead the cultural celebration from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Norwegian Constitution Day.
The Syttende Mai celebration will include hardanger and wood carving cultural stations, children’s storytelling and activities, Norwegian lefse and cookies for tasting, and Norwegian art and artifacts.
Performances by the Jubileers choir and the Leikarring dancers will begin at 12:30 p.m.
