What makes this dessert special? This is a flourless chocolate cake. It’s just a steakhouse perennial favorite. It’s chocolate, sugar and eggs. Kind of like a brownie without the nuts. It is topped with chocolate ganache and served with a house-made raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream. It’s chocolate, and it screams of chocolate.
How popular is it? This dessert is gluten-free except for the ice cream. That’s one of the reasons we have it on the menu for people with food issues. It’s one of seven desserts on the menu and one of the most popular.
