Something people may be surprised to know: That everything is made from scratch. For instance, the Mexican sausage (chorizo) is made right in the kitchen. The salsa is homemade. All of Mamacita’s food is made on site. It has an authentic taste that you just don’t get out of a can or at the supermarket.

Where do you eat when you eat somewhere else: Depends on the meal, but Perkins or Outback Steakhouse.
