It's once every seven years or so that this most sweet of holidays falls on a Saturday, so despite the damp forecast, there are plenty of things on tap for this All Hallows' Eve.

So plan your day accordingly, and remember, with daylight-savings time falling on 2 a.m. Sunday, it effectively adds an hour to the festivities! Sweet!
