VIRGINIA CITY - The Nevada City Museum hosts a Halloween event for children and parents, with a special night for teens and grownups. The event will be held Oct. 30 and 31.

For children and their parents, the Spooky Train is $12 for ages 5 and up, and free for children under 5. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. The Terror Train is $18 for ages 10 and up. No children under age 10 are admitted. Times are 7 and 8:30 p.m. Train tickets include admission to the All Hallow's Eve Event in Nevada City.
