Saturday, 7 p.m.: Suggestions for enhancing a personal music collection with an inclusive sampling of Celtic music, on "The Thistle & Shamrock."

Sunday, 7 p.m.: In the 126th role of his career, Placido Domingo sings one of the earliest of the great tenor roles in Handel's, "Tamerlano," on NPR's "World of Opera."

Monday, 8 p.m.: Leonard Slatkin conducts the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and soloists in Dvorak's "New World" Symphony No. 9 from Heinz Hall.

Tuesday, 2 p.m.: The early years of Miles Davis are remembered in music on "Jazz at Lincoln Center."

Wednesday, 8 p.m.: Sir Mark Elder conducts the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Chorus and soloists in Dvorak's "Te Deum" from the CSO's spring Dvorak Festival.

Thursday, 11 a.m.: Performances by five young winners of the Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award scholarships from the El Paso Music Festival, on "From the Top."
