What: Ethiopian Harrar organic coffee

Where: Rock Creek Coffee Roasters

What makes it special? The beans, grown in the Harrar region of Ethiopia, have been grown and processed organically, making them certified organic and free of chemicals. The medium roast coffee has a subtle blueberry flavor making it sweet and rich, not in the least bit bitter or acidic. Head coffee roaster Stormy Crittenden said this coffee is best brewed using the chemex manual pour over method.

Price: A 16-pounce cup is $2.25 and a pound of Ethiopian Harrar beans is $14.95.
