Got a great short film and itching to take it to a film festival?

Here’s your chance. The deadline is approaching to submit short films of 20 minutes or less to Magic City Shorts Film Festival. It is sponsored by The Billings Gazette and the Babcock Theatre.

The deadline to submit films is midnight Aug. 31. The best films will be screened at the festival on Sept. 27 at the Babcock Theatre in Billings.

Voting for the $250 People’s Choice award will be done in person at the live event. The Best of Show winner receives a $750 cash prize and $250 cash awards will be given out for Best Documentary Film, Best Fiction Film, Best Music Video, and Best Student Film (K-12, less than 5 min.)
