The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band will be pickin' away on June 15 at the Alberta Bair Theater.

Beloved in bluegrass, country and Americana circles, the band formed more than 50 years ago and gained fame through hits like "Fishin' in the Dark."

Tickets range from $35 to $57 and go on sale March 16.

The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band is a multi-platinum-selling group, according to the band's press release. The group's 1972 album, "Will The Circle Be Unbroken," was inducted into the U.S. Library of Congress and the Grammy Hall of Fame.

The band continues to tour and play festivals, even after 50 years. They headlined the Red Ants Pants festival in 2015.
