Hearth Bakery

Hearth Bakery was an "Old World" bakery, which baked European-style bread in its brick oven. The bakery opened at 3005 First Ave. N., next door to Pug Mahon's, and made desserts and breakfast items in addition to bread. The bakery closed in 2006, after less than two years in operation. The brick oven is currently used to bake pizza at Guido's, which opened in the space in 2007.
