Clinical Software Analyst Supervisor


Full-time, 5-days a week, weekends and holidays off. Requires: High School Graduate.   Previous Information Technology experience and/or Post-Secondary education of at least 4 years. Good communication skills with previous supervisory duties are preferred. Previous healthcare experience is preferred.


This Clinical Software Analyst Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Support Services.  Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Acts as an Information Services department’s representative in oral and written communication between departments, vendors, contractors and outside agencies. Manages the day to day scheduling and staff related issues for the clinical software analyst. Assists with department purchases, task management, and project management. Completes tasks and projects that are assigned to him/her related to the Meditech, eClinical Works, and/or any other EMR related software.


This position will work with the Director of Support Services as well as other Department Directors to create capital and operational budgets, implement performance and quality improvement measures, and ensure the department and organization meets its goals.
