BILLINGS — Betty L. (Walters) Heinzman, 71, passed away Jan. 28 surrounded by family and friends. She was born Aug. 29, 1946 in Billings to Clarence and Mary (VanLuchene) Walters.
The oldest of four children Betty was a homemaker for many years. She worked at Pierce Packing and Valley Nursing Home before finding a job in the food and beverage industry where she made many friends along the way and worked at until retirement. Betty Loved Elvis, gardening, flowers and driving her convertible classic Mustang. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Richard Heinzman.
Betty is survived by her partner of many years, Steven Cantrell, children Rhonda Zimmerman, Brenda (Kent) Davis, Bryan (Stacy) Blackford, Brothers David (Tammy) Walters, Danny Walters and sister Cathy (Leonard) Consani, 13 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and her furbaby Jenny. Betty loved everyone so much - there was never a person she met she didn't like. Burial has taken place. There will be a celebration of life for friends and family in June at the family home.
