ROUNDUP — Daniel Carl Rediske of Roundup was born in Craig, Colo., to Paul and Adele (Rediske) Russell on June 10, 1958.

He will be missed very much by his family and his many friends. He spent his life repairing and restoring automobiles and was an excellent mechanic. No vehicle, big or small, new or old was too difficult for him to have up and running in a very short period of time. Nothing excited him more than the challenge of a very old automobile that hadn’t run in years. You may have seen him out and about in his big old, green flatbed truck vintage 1958 (the same year he was born). He loved looking like the proverbial mountain man with his long white beard, bib overalls and general scruffiness.

He is survived by his mother and three sisters, Paulette Harris of Monument, Colo., Janet Ayers of Panama City Beach, Fla., and Dolly Stuber of Red Lodge. He has two uncles, Leonard Roessner of Bed Rock, Colo., and Harold Rediske of Livingston; two aunts, DuElla Olson in Great Falls, and Pauline Grossman of Vernal, Utah; and three children.

Services will be June 9 at 11 a.m. in St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Roundup. The family feels that Daniel would want any gifts or donations to go to the Diabetic Foundation or the Epilepsy Foundation.
