Danielle (Dani) Rae (Harmon) White, 28

Dani White, born 1/28/1989, passed away peacefully at home on November 2, 2017, of natural causes.

Dani was the receptionist at Lynnrich, working with them for 6 ½ years. She was loved by the owners, Joey and Amy, who considered her a member of their family.

Dani was a great cook, and loved to cook for her family, especially her beloved husband, Eric. She also enjoyed canning, gardening, crocheting, spending time with her dearly loved dogs, Missy and Ruger. She loved to camp and was an avid hunter, shooting a 2X2 buck just 2 weeks ago. She was a giant Harry Potter fan, reading the books numerous times. She loved to read. She surfed Pinterest constantly, looking for recipes that Eric would love. Dani loved her family, and cherished the time she spent with them and was always doing something nice for someone. She was often sought after to help plan weddings, as she was a natural wedding planner. She loved classic cars and 50’s music. She volunteered every year at the Burn the Point Car Show fundraiser. She spent time with her grandparents with their old cars activities, always loving to ride in parades and around town.

Dani met the love of her life, Eric Joseph White, at IGA in Lockwood when they were both in high school (in June of 2006), Dani was a senior, and Eric was a junior. Eric then got a job at IGA, so he could get to know Dani, (never being late for work!). They dated for 9 years, when Eric proposed by the river with Missy, on August 6, 2014. Dani did not say yes, immediately, but said “It’s about damn time!” They were married on September 19, 2015, sealing their love forever.

Dani was preceded in death by her grandfather George LaFever, great grandparents, Frances (Frankie) and Oscar Harmon, and Michael and Erna Abfalder, Uncle Ricky Miller and David Himsl.

She is survived by her soul mate Eric Joseph White, her dear German Shorthair puppies, Missy and Ruger, and cat Amadeus, her parents David Harmon and Gisele (LaFever) Harmon, her brother Joshua Harmon and sister Jessica Harmon, her grandparents, David and Gloria Harmon, and grandmother Patty LaFever, her aunts and uncles, Craig (Renee’),Mark (Connie), Mary (Godmother), Patrick (Julie), Henry, Susan, and cousins Andrew, Bailey, Jordan, A.J., Alex, Darby, Chad, Adam, Jena, Seth, Lily, Lucy and Max. She also leaves behind the White and Miller families, who Dani considered blood; mom and dad, Laurie and Gary (Pork) White, siblings; Travis (Tara), Shawn (Britt), Skye (Alex), and Emily. Dani was Godmother to Arianna (2), Aryanah (7), Zaynen (4), and Josiah (1). She deeply touched the lives of all the cousins, and aunts and uncles in both families and numerous extended family members and close family friends, including Larissa Walker, with whom she had a special bond.

Dani touched countless lives; too many to list. She was loved by everyone she met.

Viewing for family and friends is at Smith Downtown Chapel Wed thru Fri; Nov. 8--10. A vigil/rosary will take place on Friday evening, Nov. 10 at 7 PM and funeral mass on Saturday Nov. 11 at 11AM, both at St Bernard’s Catholic Church at 226 Wicks Lane. Cremation will follow.
