Julia Ann Bollman passed away Aug. 22, 2014. Julia was born March 30, 1948, in Glendive, to Ruth and Rueben Reinhardt. She was raised in Circle where she graduated from Circle High School.
On May 13, 1978, she married Roland “Ron” Paul Bollman. They had two children: Shannon and Paul. Ron preceded Julia in death on Aug. 3, 1989.
Julia was a hard worker, holding down several jobs until opening her own daycare center in her home. After her husband died, Julia raised her children as a single mom.
She loved being a grandma and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed taking them places and spoiling them. Julia loved to tell people how smart her grandkids were and how proud she was of them.
Julia retired in 2014, from her daycare business, but continued to watch a few children and was an active member of her church.
She is survived by her children, Shannon Bollman (Ben) of Colorado and Paul Bollman of Billings; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Lilly, Adrianna, Nico and Abby; her brothers, Jim, Ken (Debbie), Will (Lana), John (Lorraine), Darrell, Jerry (Becky), Jack (Rhonda), and her loving companion, Mike Piret. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Bollman; parents, Ruth and Rueben Reinhardt; brother, Glen and sister-in-law, Debbie Reinhardt.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, at Apostles Lutheran Church; 3140 Broadwater Ave; Billings, MT. Interment will follow at Terrace Gardens Cemetery.
