Pamela Denise Dobler was born on Jan. 6, 1950, and passed on July 30, 2012.

Pam passed away peacefully, with friends and family lovingly surrounding her.

Pam had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone. She was active in TOPS, the garden club, and she volunteered for many organizations. Pam loved to go dancing with her friends. Her animals were her pride and joy. Christmas was a special time of year for Pam; she loved to bake all kinds of goodies for family and friends. Other pursuits Pam enjoyed were scrapbooking, collecting Betty Boop memorabilia, collecting Beanie Babies and collecting special Christmas ornaments for family.

She was preceded in slumber by her parents, Cecil F. O’Connor and Hazel Schlaht.

Surviving Pam are her sisters, Wilberta Reid and her husband Ralph, Nancy Thompson and her husband Mike, Teri M. Shaw and her son Arek P. Whipple; and brother Frankie Taylor and his wife Peggy Taylor. She had seven nieces and nephews, 10 great-nieces and nephews and five great-great-nieces and nephews.

Pam will be missed by her family and many friends. Pam will be kept in our thoughts and our hearts always.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary. Pam’s remains will be laid to rest upon her mother’s grave at Mountview Cemetery, following the memorial service.
