GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Bill passed away on July 6, after complications from a stroke. He was born to Paul and Alma Sandbak in Broadview on Sept. 17, 1921. Bill resided in Grand Junction, Colo., and was a WWII veteran serving in the Army Air Corps.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; his parents; sister Florence Gorrell Anderson; and brother Earl Sandbak. He is survived by son Paul B. (Connie) Sandbak; daughters Peggy Sandbak, Nancy (Randy) Gerhardt and Delana (Ron) Simpkins.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no services at this time.
