Roni Jo Brum, 54, of Billings, passed away Tuesday June 1, 2010, at her home.
Roni was born on May 16, 1956, to Wilbur Marchington and Dorothy Matthews in Springfield, Ill. Roni moved to Montana at a young age and received her education in Billings. She was employed in several occupations, including Knox Lumber, War Bonnet Inn and Security Supervisor at the Exxon Refinery location, from which she retired due to ill health.
Roni was preceded in death by her father, son Vincent Holbrook, sister Vicki Nava and nephew Tyler Andersen.
Roni is survived by her mother, Dorothy (David) Robertson; children Jennifer Holbrook, Rebecca Holbrook, Amanda Brum and Levi Beck; grandchildren Deandra, Anthony, Isaac, Zyus, Adrian, Sierra and Brayden; sisters Sheryl (Loren) Sharbono, Connie Choate, Darlene Williams, Laura (Layne) Cox and Karen (Jim) Miller; brothers Thomas Marchington and Herbert Marchington; her extended family of five brothers Michael, Steven, James, Randy and Lonnie Robertson as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her ex-husband and best friend, Russell Brum.
Roni, know that you are dearly loved by all of us and will be missed so very much.
The family would like to thank RiverStone Hospice for their care of Roni during the last six months of her illness.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, at Tree of Life Wesleyan Church, 3608 Custer, Billings, with Pastor Jim Head officiating.
