Unity Church, 9 14th St. W.: The annual fundraising garage sale is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A hot dog lunch will be served.

Peace Lutheran Church, 1301 Avenue D: The 5 p.m. worship on Saturday and the 10 a.m. worship on Sunday features a sending for intern pastor Justin Tigerman. An ice cream reception follows both worship services.

Sunday

Billings Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 2032 Central Ave.: At 10:30 a.m., there is a program titled “Reducing Stigma, One Community at a Time” by Morgan Ditto, about reducing the stigma of HIV/AIDS in our community to help end the epidemic. Ditto, who has 11 years of experience in public relations and customer service, joined the Yellowstone AIDS Project team in December 2010. Upon the completion of her testing-training, she knew that this job was her calling in life, and she is the executive director of YAP.

Billings Association of Humanists, meeting at First Congregational Church, 310 N. 27th St.: At 1 p.m., watch and discuss a TED Talk on food.

Unity Church, 9 14th St. W.: At the 10 a.m. service for "Congregation Sunday," congregants are invited to give testimonial on how Unity has changed their lives. Call the office to sign up at 254-9554. This is Potluck Sunday, so come for the potluck and fellowship immediately after the service.

First English Lutheran Church, 1243 N. 31st St.: At the 10 a.m. service, Pastor Bob Quam is the worship leader. The music offering is given by flutist Kyla Borg.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 40 10th St. W.: The guest pastor for the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. service is the Rev. Paul Hanson.

Mayflower Congregational United Church of Christ, 2940 Poly Drive: Special music for the 10 a.m. Communion service is provided by Ron Beal, tenor, and Arla Beal, soprano, accompanied on the piano by Kathy McLain. The annual meeting is at about 11:15 a.m. after the service.

Wednesday

Billings Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 2032 Central Ave.: Nathan Stahley, a prevention health specialist at RiverStone Health, will speak on suicide prevention at the 7 p.m. community lecture series. Stahley will provide QPR Training for all attendees. QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer and is a nationally recognized form of suicide prevention training. Just as people trained in CPR help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a potential suicide crisis, how to engage with the person and what to do.

Open Bible Christian Center, 302 19th St. W.: For a free, fun-filled evening for the family, come to Take It To The Streets at 6:30 p.m. There is music by Jason & Margot Haynes from Trinidad, hot dogs, lemonade, inflatables and games. For more information, call Cindy at 656-4946.

Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1108 24th St. W.: At 6 p.m., it’s Youth Night. Come for questions and answers with Keenan Weatherford regarding his mission in Africa with Young Adults on Global Mission.

Peace Lutheran Church, 1301 Avenue D: The ReFuel community meal features sloppy joes at 6:30 p.m. All are welcome.

Thursday

Central Christian Church, 1221 16th St. W.: Men’s Breakfast is at 7 a.m. at Denny’s at 501 N. 27th St.

Christian Motorcyclists Association Montana State Rally: The rally is from noon Thursday to noon on Sunday, Aug. 14-17, at the Fergus County Fairgrounds in Lewistown, and the public is invited. CMA Rocky Mountain Regional Evangelist Hiram Villaseñor is the guest speaker. There are rides, games, a parade, ice cream socials, community outreaches, women’s and children’s ministries, worship services and more. The cost is $15 per person.
