Children can get their bicycles repaired free of charge on Saturday at three Billings parks — Optimist, North Park and Lutheran Park.

Basic minor repairs that can be made include fixing flat tires, adjusting brakes and tightening chains.

Registration begins at 9:45 a.m. A parent or guardian must sign the form. At noon lunch will be provided to all participants. At 2:15 p.m. there will be a drawing for two free bikes at each park. Free bike helmets will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. Games and activities, such as a fix-a-flat class, will also be offered.

For more information, call 670-7975. The event is being funded and staffed by Living Water Church, City Church, First Christian Church and the help of community businesses and sponsors.
