BeKa Stein Phipps of Jordan, Taryn Dailey of Helena and boat driver Chad Phipps of Jordan took first place in the 21st annual Ladies Hell Creek Tournament on Fort Peck Reservoir last Saturday.

The team ended up with 17.06 pounds of walleye for the day, which included a 31-incher.

The tournament featured 29 teams competing for the top five spots which paid out cash prizes. 

The other top finishers were: 2) Team Patterson & Walk with 15.10 pounds; 3) Team Bergum & Bergum with 15.04 pounds; 4) Team Ross & Ross with 14.60 pounds; and 5) Team Powell & Fogle with 14.58 pounds.
