A hundred shooters will make their way to Cody, Wyo., August 7-9 for the Buffalo Bill Center of the West’s 21st annual Buffalo Bill Invitational Shootout.
The event is a 350-target shoot for individual and team shooters. Competitors of all skill levels shoot skeet, trap, five-stand and sporting clays with all gauges of shotguns, competing for awards in three categories: Top Gun, Top Discipline Shooter and Top Team.
Competition begins at 9 a.m. on Aug. 8 at the Cody Shooting Complex, located about five miles north of Cody on Wyoming Highway 120, and continues through Saturday. Spectators are welcome.
Shootout registration begins at 5 p.m. on Aug. 7 at the Center of the West.
