Montana Audubon will hold a day of restoration work in honor of the 44th anniversary of Earth Day on April 19 from 9:30 a.m. to noon, rain or shine.

Volunteers will help plant willows around the Audubon Conservation Education Center's three ponds, pick up trash and care for the nursery. Games and activities for children of all ages, including face-painting, will be offered. A children’s bicycle, binoculars and bird feeders will be auctioned off. Raffle tickets are available for $2 at the event.

Volunteers will be rewarded with a free barbecue lunch at noon. Participants should bring water and work gloves.
