A weekend of camping, driving, modest hiking, photography, birding and wildlife viewing will be hosted by American Prairie Reserve, the C.M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge, Montana Wilderness Association and Montana Audubon this weekend.

The American Prairie Reserve Buffalo Campground has been reserved for 40 participants with a $10 charge per night. The weekend will begin Friday at 8 p.m. to socialize and meet the weekend's leaders: Randy and Nora Gray, Mark Good and Norane Freistadt. The weekend will be filled with speakers including Betty Holder, reserve supervisor for American Prairie Reserve; Randy Matchett, chief wildlife biologist from the C.M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge; and Dan Harrell, wildlife biologist for the refuge.
