Billings police officers are investigating an armed robbery at a West End gas station early Friday morning.
Sgt. Shane Shelden said that at 4:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to a reported robbery at the Holiday Gas Station, 3226 Rosebud Drive.
Officers found that the suspect, a male, had entered the store, brandished a firearm and ordered the clerk to give him money. The clerk complied. No one was injured and no shots were fired.
The suspect is described as white, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, average build and wearing sunglasses and a coat with a hood.
An unknown amount of money was taken. The robbery is under investigation.
