Two Billings residents have been charged in a drug bust with at least a dozen felonies apiece.
Joshua Allen Kroll, 37, and Tabitha Lydia Marie Delao, 34, made their initial appearances in Yellowstone County Justice Court on Friday.
Both are charged with 11 counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and a single count of endangering the welfare of children, both felonies. The pair also face misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charges.
In addition, Delao has been charged with three counts of drug distribution, a felony.
Drug Enforcement Administration agents began investigating the pair in July 2017. A search warrant of their Billings apartment on the 800 block of North 17th Street turned up cocaine, methamphetamine, various opioids, mushrooms, 15 firearms and a Park County Deputy Sheriff’s badge, among other items, charges state.
During controlled buys at the apartment, Delao sold a confidential source fentanyl and oxycodone pills, charges state.
Both defendants are being held in the Yellowstone County Detention Facility. Justice of the Peace David Carter set bond in both cases at $50,000.
