A 19-year-old man charged this year with exposing himself to two different women was arraigned on rape charges Monday.

^pAiden Lee Hayes appeared Monday before Yellowstone County District Judge Russell Fagg and pleaded not guilty to sexual intercourse without consent. Hayes was not in jail and was not being held on bond.

Hayes was charged with rape after a girl reported to law enforcement that he had forced her to perform oral sex on him when she was either 9 or 10 years old, and Hayes was 15. The girl reported the assault to Bozeman Police in April 2015 and the case was transferred to the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s office after it was reported the assault occurred in a house on Alexander Road in Billings.

Hayes has a pending case from earlier this month in which he was charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure in addition to two felony counts of criminal drug possession and one count of carrying a concealed weapon.

According to charging documents, two women reported Hayes approached them in his car and exposed his penis to them before driving away.

Hayes has also plead not guilty to the charges in that case.
