A waitress at Bin 119 called police and reported a man she was waiting on had exposed himself to her.

Vernon Arthur Johnson, 63, was charged Tuesday in Yellowstone County Justice Court with felony indecent exposure after a waitress reported he'd exposed himself to her while she was waiting on him.

Yellowstone County Justice of the Peace David Carter continued the $10,000 bond Johnson had already posted and ordered him to stay away from the waitress and Bin 119, located at 119 North Broadway.

The woman reported to police that on July 6 she was waiting on Johnson when he pulled out his genitals and said "it feels so good" before beginning to masturbate, according to court documents.

The woman told another restaurant employee what was happening, and that employee asked Johnson to leave. The waitress said Johnson had found out where she worked by asking at her place of previous employment, according to court documents.

Johnson's criminal history shows two prior convictions for indecent exposure, including one in 2014 in front of a woman bartender at the Stadium Club, according to court records.
