A 51-year-old woman died Friday after rolling her vehicle near mile marker 99 on Interstate 90 East about six miles from Ronan. A 50-year-old man was injured.

The crash occurred at around 2 p.m. as the woman was driving her van east on the highway, failed to negotiate a turn in the road, rolled her car several times and was ejected, according to Montana Highway Patrol.

She was not wearing a seatbelt, but her passenger was. The 50-year-old man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Speed and alcohol are unknown factors.
