Send a care package to a soldier: Montana Supporting Soldiers “adopts” soldiers to receive packages and mail. Until Dec. 1, Rep. Denny Rehberg’s office at 1201 Grand Ave. in Billings is a drop-off point for care packages for the “Christmas for our Troops” project.
