The 47-year-old man riding the bike suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to Billings Police Department Sgt. Scott Conrad. He was intoxicated, wearing all black, riding a bike without a rear reflector or lights and not wearing a helmet.

The bicyclist was traveling east toward the Overland Avenue intersection, riding along the curb with the Jeep, also traveling east, struck the bike from behind. The driver told police he never saw the bicyclist until the impact, Conrad said.
