A 21-year-old Billings man admitted Friday to a felony sex offense involving a 14-year-old boy.

Jason Michael Robson appeared before Judge Mary Jane Knisely and pleaded guilty to sexual intercourse without consent for an incident last July 18.

As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors will dismiss a second felony charge and recommend that Robson receive a sentence of four years at Montana State Prison.

Robson will also be required to undergo a sex offender evaluation and follow any treatment recommendations. 

A sentencing hearing was set for July 9. Robson remains in the county jail on $5,000 bond.
