Police are searching for a man they believe may be involved in two robberies early Wednesday.

The robberies, which happened at the Holiday Stations at 790 S. Billings Blvd., and 3150 King Ave. W., at 4:07 a.m. and 4:41 a.m., respectively, said Billings Police Sgt. Shawn Finnegan in a press release.

In both incidents, the man entered the store, selected merchandise and then showed a handgun. He also obtained cash in both robberies, said Police Lt. Kevin Iffland.

Similar descriptions of the man were reported in both robberies.

Police are looking for a white man in his 20s, wearing a dark jacket and camouflage pants wearing a mask and gloves who fled on foot, Finnegan said.

The robberies are under investigation, but people who have information are encouraged to call 657-8200 or 245-6660 if they prefer to remain anonymous.
