This is his 2nd Felony Conviction. At 35, he is young enough that, should he not "get it" in only 13 months of lockup, he will undoubtedly be back. Oh, wait!

For DUI #6 I, a taxpaying citizen of the State of Montana DEMAND that he be given a Persistent Felony Offender status and a sentence enhancement of 5 years for each DUI he has been convicted of, to be service CONSECUTIVELY. Additionally, a term of his release (when that comes) is that he is on 2x day alcohol monitoring for the rest of his life and if he EVER is in the driver's seat again, a felony contempt charge will effectively double all previous time he spent in prison or on probation, but require all of it to be spent in prison.

Great Falls Girl, probably not much. our DUI sentences are the laughingstock of the country. Just about as pathetic and lenient as sentences for tribal DUIs.

Instead of running things concurrently, it is time to give him, and others the time to run consecutively.

I bet that teaches him. 10 days in jail and $1500.00 fine which he will never be able to pay.
