The man killed by a gun shot to the head on Tuesday has been identified by authorities. 

Juan C. Holden, 26, of Billings, was found by police and taken by ambulance to St. Vincent Healthcare, where he died.

Assistant Yellowstone County Coroner Chad Fehr, after performing an autopsy on Thursday, said the cause of death was an "accidental gunshot wound to the head."

Officers were first called to 37 Washington St., shortly after 3 p.m. on Tuesday for a report of a shooting incident.
