Billings School District 2's planning and development committee called off its meeting on Monday night because of poor attendance.

The committee, which is made of 12 members — including a board trustee, SD2 staff members and area residents — only had five people show up. The committee needed at least six there to have a quorum.

With no quorum, the committee was unable to take action, so chairwoman Kathy Aragon called off the meeting. She said members would try to reschedule for next month.
