School District 2 leaders are hopeful for a large turnout at meetings on Wednesday and Thursday to hear suggestions on locations for two new middle schools.
Wednesday's meeting is at Sandstone Elementary in the Heights at 6:30 p.m.
Thursday's meeting will be at Boulder Elementary on the West End, also beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The district is in the process of selecting sites for two new middle schools that would be built in the next three years to ease crowding.
The proposal is contingent on passing a multimillion dollar bond this fall with voters.
The district has mailed out surveys to more than 2,000 Billings residents seeking to gauge public interest in building the new schools and finding out how much people are willing to pay.
